Charles Wood aged 86 died peacefully on January 15th, 2020 in 100 Mile House Hospital, B.C.
Charlie is survived by his wife Dorothy, sister Truda Davies and her family in Lancashire, U.K.
Charlie was born in Lancashire in 1933. They came to Canada in 1957 residing in Ontario until 1970 when they moved to B.C.
He was an active man, involved in playing and coaching soccer for young teens for many years. He was a fisherman, golfer and an artist, concentrating on fine watercolours.
His happy personality and sense of humour touched many people.
Charlie and Dorothy were married almost 65 years and traveled extensively in Canada during their life. He will be sadly missed.
