C. Ian Boyd, loving father, businessman, founder of the Rocky Mountain Rangers Cadet Corps and a community-minded citizen. Born in North Vancouver on June 17, 1945. He died peacefully in the 100 Mile House area on July 28, 2005. He is survived by his wife Leslie Ginther, son Nevin Boyd, brother Allen Boyd, sisters Sheila McMillan and Iris Klenk and their families. A memorial service will be held on Sat., Aug. 13, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. in Martin Exeter Hall, 100 Mile House, B.C. A reception will follow in the Valley Room.
