Born Jan. 3, 1929 in Whitehorse, Yukon, passed away peacefully July 3, 2005 in North Vancouver, B.C. He will be sadly missed by his children Gordon, Bonnie, Kimberly and Scott. He was Grandad to six grandchildren: Colin, Duncan, Emily, Shaelyn, Heather and Mychaela. A ‘man of the North’, a ‘wizard of words’, Brian was well-loved in his communities, especially South Green Lake, B.C. where he will finally be home. Brian requested a private family service. A very special thank you to every single staff member of the Kiwanis Care Centre, where Dad was treated like family. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of B.C. would be appreciated.
