Emma Anita Wright of 100 Mile House, formerly of Lac la Hache, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, December 2nd at Mill Site Lodge in 100 Mile House.

Anita is survived by her husband Stanley, two sons: John Doolan (Christine) of North Vancouver and Mark Doolan (Shannon) of 108 Mile Ranch; grandchildren: Sarah, Sam and Katie, Jennifer (Terry), Jill (Niall), Juliet, Andy and Leah (Brent); great-grandchildren: Cornelius, William, Amanda, Silas and Isaac as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff of Mill Site Lodge for their kind and gentle care of mom in her time of need and to Dr. JoAnne Lapin for her many years of compassionate care.

Friends are invited to join the family in celebrating Anita’s life. An open house will be held at the residence of Mark and Shannon Doolan (5350 Annaham Crescent, 108 Mile Ranch) on Saturday, December 11th between 12 noon and 5:00 p.m.
