It is with heartfelt sadness we announce the passing of Alma on May 7, 2021 in Vernon, BC. She was born on April 8, 1932 in Colinton, AB. Alma moved to 100 Mile House in 1975 and then to Armstrong in 1987 until the present. She loved her garden and family, the family went on many adventures and she was very active with St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
Alma was predeceased by her son Richard Houchen, daughter Tracy Ebert and loving husband of 52 years, Archie. She is survived by her children: Cliff (Donna) Houchen, Archie (Maureen) Houchen, Cathy (Dennis) Bowen, Elaine (Gerry) Plamondon, Bill Houchen and Margaret Pacheco (Brent Mitchell).
The family would like to thank St. Joseph's Catholic Church community, Heaton Place and VJH. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the charity of your choice.
