We are saddened to announce the sudden passing of Allan Bubenko.

Allan was born in Bonneyville, Alberta and raised on the farm with 10 siblings. Allan moved to BC in 1968 and settled in 100 Mile House. He worked in the forest industry eventually owning 2 logging trucks and upon semi-retirement, drove a truck for Greg Weber (5 months a year).

Allan enjoyed fishing trips to Bella Coola with his brother Billy and Dick Dickson, coffee at the A&W with his logging friends and holidays to Tulalip Casino.

Al also enjoyed the simple things in life; being a helpful neighbour, spending time with family and caring for granddogs Hemi, Jake and Kali.

Survived by Millie, sons Michael, Allan, and Kevin, 8 siblings, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pre-deceased by mother Mary, father Walter, sister Victoria, brother Mike and mother-in-law Anne Halcro.

No service by request. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: Critical Care Fund, c/o Lakeland Veterinary in 100 Mile House

He will be deeply missed.
