Union of British Columbia Municipalities delegates demanded an extra 90 days to negotiate terms for curbside recycling to pass to Multi Material BC (MMBC), as many fear a hit to taxpayers and diminishing recycling services.
However, the Cariboo Regional District sees more local benefits than drawbacks in the new Packaging and Printed Paper program.
