MP McLeod Announces New Manager for Cariboo Office
Kamloops-Thompson-Cariboo MP Cathy McLeod recently announced the selection of her new constituency assistant Melody Newcombe who will manage the Conservative MP's 100 Mile House office.
“Melody is a longtime resident of the Cariboo who currently works as an operations support worker for the Cariboo Chilcotin Partners for Literacy," McLeod says.
"With more than 20 years experience in government, non-profit and corporate organizations, she is a welcome addition to my team.”
Newcombe says she is very excited
about the appointment
"I think it's a good fit because I will be helping constituents and helping learners."
The 100 Mile Office will continue to be opened on Thursdays and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. with "Melody at the helm.” McLeod notes.
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank Lynda Krupp for her seven years of dedicated service to both the Cariboo and to Canada. I wish her all the best in her well-deserved retirement.” concluded McLeod.
