Councillors Bill Hadden and Jeanne Best and acting mayor Dave Mingo held down the fort at the April 26 council meeting, as Mayor Mitch Campsall and Coun. Mel Torgerson were unable to attend.
They listened intently as Roger Solly from PMT Chartered Accountants presented and reviewed the District of 100 Mile House consolidated financial statements, and those of the 100 Mile Development Corporation, for the year ending Dec. 31, 2010.
Having just received the statements, councillors did their best to follow along with this quick review, but told Solly they needed time to review them before signing off on the documents.
