The 100 Mile Performing Arts Society is sponsoring a production of Steel Magnolias by Robert Harling in the spring of 2017, and the auditions will be Nov. 2 and 4.
Nicole Weir is directing and auditions will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m., both evenings, at St. Timothy’s Anglican Church.
“We are looking for six actresses of all ages, ranging from 19 to 60,” says Kathy Wolczuk, 100 Mile Performing Arts Society member and event organizer.
Rehearsals for the play start in January and there will be eight performances over six dates from the end of March to the beginning of April.
