Creekside Seniors Activity Centre (CSAC) hosted a very successful Christmas potluck luncheon and silent auction for its members on Dec. 16.
Between 60 and 70 people attended the event, which featured entertainment by Bruce Wilcox and Maggie Wiens.
According to CSAC vice-president Dot Verboom, donations from merchants for the auction were gratefully received and proceeds will go towards things that are needed at the centre.
In a recent CSAC raffle, Colleen Miske was winner of the first prize queen size quilt; Irene Warlow won the second prize Robert Bateman print; and Gerry Martin won third prize of a gift basket.
