Anyone dealing with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) may wish to take advantage of an upcoming session.
Information and assistance for those dealing with the disease will want to attend an Outreach Day in 100 Mile House by the Kalmias and Area Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada (MSSC).
MSSC community services co-ordinator Cyndi Lion says the meeting is on Oct. 4 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at the South Cariboo Health Centre, in multipurpose rooms A and B.
Registered nurse Renee Larochelle, who is a home and community care team leader with Interior Health, is a guest speaker.
Katherine McKibbin, from Sweetgrass Yoga and Healing, will explain the benefits of yoga, in particular for those people with MS, while demonstrating a few simple moves.
