The 11th Annual Lac la Hache Father's Day Fishing Derby is slated for June 18-19.
There will be cash prizes for the largest fish ($400), second largest fish ($250), largest rainbow ($100), and largest white fish ($100).
There will be bonus draws, and every ticket holder is eligible to be a winner. There will be a silent auction, hidden weight and time prizes.
Adult tickets are $10 each and youths 12 years and under are $5. Tickets are available at Kokanee Bay Resort, Lac la Hache Race Trac Food Mart, Donex in 100 Mile House and Chilcotin Guns in Williams Lake.
All the money stays in Lac La Hache.
Any Lac la Hache Community organization wishing to apply for funding should write the Lac La Hache Fishing Derby at 3728 Hwy 97; Lac la Hache, B.C.; V0K 1T1, and state what the money would be used for.
