Christmas craft fair success

Victor Popiel’s regular correspondence for the 70 Mile House area

The annual Christmas Craft Fair held Nov. 17 was very successful according to organizers. There were many tables and customers were plentiful.

SMAC news

The monthly meeting will be held Dec. 12 at 10 a.m. at the centre. Everyone is welcome.

The holiday hours have been determined.

SMAC will be open on Sat. Dec. 22, and will re-open on Mon. Jan. 7. Volunteers will have two weeks to enjoy the holiday season.

Bookmobile

The Thompson Nicola bookmobile will be in the area on Dec. 14.

It will be at the South Green Lake Fire Hall from 10 to 11 a.m. and at the 70 Mile General Store from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
