The "Amazing Challenge" fundraiser on May 28, organized by the 100 Mile District Hospice and Palliative Care Society (HPCS), is fashioned after the reality TV show Amazing Race.
There are 15 teams and two spare teams are ready to roll, and bragging rights and a trophy will be awarded to the first team that completes the 10 challenges.
The challenges may involve something like hiking and each team needs a car and driver because some of the challenges may be as far away as 80 Mile.
They will leave 108 Mile Community Hall en masse at 9 a.m. on May 28
All funds collected go towards the local HPCS for the ongoing work with the community, the needs of the clients, families and grief support.
