The Canim Lake Band (CLB) gymnasium will host the first Autumn Light Conference on Sept. 24 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This event is free and open to the public. There will be speakers, demonstrations and complimentary lunch.

"Any gathering of people working in this field or working towards awareness and sharing their experiences is a blessing," says affiliate Kaye Castleman.

"It was John Archie who was originally inspired to host an event that brings together practitioners in the alternative healing arts, and especially people who are making use of subtler levels of information, I'm really looking forward to the day."

Keynote speakers start at 10 a.m. with Castleman, who will do a channeling with Archangel, Chamuel, followed by a Tai Chi demonstration at 11 a.m.

After lunch, Sam Moody with discuss First Nations spirituality from 1 to 2 p.m., followed by Archie, who speaks on his own spiritual and out-worldly experiences.

Display and demonstration booths are available for the pubic to peruse.

Folks who want more information or are interested in having a booth can contact Castleman at 250-395-2239 or Archie at 250-397-2227.
