Over the years, Ed Andrews and his wife, Dona, have exchanged a variety of stuffed teddy bears - large, small, musical, all types.

They cannot display them all in their house, and since their grandchildren don't want to take possession of the teddy bears, the Andrews decided to donate the larger ones to the Royal LePage 100 Mile Realty Christmas Helper event, in the hopes that someone will cherish them.

"We've exchanged lots of teddy bears over the years and still have some here at home, but they don't do any good stored away," says Ed Andrews.

"Dona and I decided to bring in the bigger stuffed animals. I hope they go to good homes, and kids get some enjoyment out of them."

For the past several years, realtors of Royal LePage 100 Mile Realty have collected money, food, and gifts to give at Christmas to those less fortunate in the community.

Donations can be made up to Dec. 24, Royal LePage realtor Ron Kelly says, adding people can still use food after Christmas.
