Thomas Wayne Stewart of Quesnel passed away after a two and a half year battle with cancer. Wayne was born and raised in 100 Mile House, B.C. He will be sadly missed by his wife Diana; his four children: Amy, Nickolas, Kristy and Laura; two step-children: Jamie and Ryan (Robbin); nine grandchildren; his loving parents Thomas and Shirley Stewart, 100 Mile; sister Debra (Gary), Quesnel; brother Darrell, 100 Mile House; and brother Steven, Quesnel. He leaves behind several nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles. He is predeceased by all his grandparents. At the request of Wayne, there will be no funeral, but in the spring of 2009, there will be a celebration of Wayne’s life. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Canadian Cancer Society.
