On Monday, January 23, 2006, Dick Bauche passed away suddenly. He is survived by his partner Lynne; his mother Cecile; his sisters Gwenda (Butcher), Penny (Steve Kovacs), Miriam (Ivan Buckland), and Laurie (Don Ballan); brother Bob (Anne) Bauche, and numerous nieces and nephews. Dick was predeceased by his father Gaston Bauche. Dick ranched for many years at Chub Lake Ranch; first with his father and then on his own. He loved his ranch life and could often be seen “checking the cows” with his cattle dog Mica. Dick touched many lives, helping neighbours and friends and cherished his time with his loving partner Lynne. Dick will be missed forever. There will be no service at this time by request. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
