June 24, 1956 - July 3, 2016
On Sunday, July 3, 2016, Randy Cobb; dad, husband, son, brother, friend, co-worker passed away suddenly in a motorcycle accident. While he left us too early, he was doing what he loved. Randy will forever be remembered for his smile, laugh, and kind words he offered freely to all he met.
Randy was born in New Westminster on June 24, 1956, and moved to the 100 Mile area in 1971 with his family.
His work with BC Rail, and CN Rail for the last 33 years took him across Canada, but he always considered 100 Mile House his home.
Randy’s hobbies which he pursued in his free time included his Duster 340, golfing, riding his motorcycle, and most recently scuba diving which he enjoyed in places around the world.
Randy leaves behind the apple of his eye, his greatest joy, daughter Justine, mom Rose, sisters; Valarie (Jim), Gerda (Bill) & Gabrielle (Matt), brothers; David (Maggie) & Ron (Laurie), ex-wife Marlene, as well as 16 nephews/nieces, six great nephews/nieces, and many, many friends.
Randy joins his dad; John, mom; Margaret, sister; Monica, brother-in-law; Darcy and his many beloved dogs.
A celebration of Randy’s life will be held on
Aug. 27, 2016, at Centennial Park, 100 Mile House B.C. between 2 - 4 pm.
