Aged 63 of Royston, B.C. passed away on Sun., Sept. 19, 2004 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Comox, B.C. She is survived by her loving family: husband Ken; son Mark (Jane) Smith, Kamloops, B.C.; daughter Lisa (Norm) Wilcox, 100 Mile House, B.C.; son Wade Smith of Montrose, B.C. and stepson Brian Elleray of Williams Lake, B.C.; 11 grandchildren; one great grandchild; her brother Stephen and wife Lisa in Ontario as well as her extended family and many friends. Louise was a member of Branch 17, Royal Canadian Legion, Courtenay, B.C., and served as a volunteer at Cumberland Community Health Centre. In her leisure, she spent time quilting and gardening and will always be remembered as a caregiver to many and one who was always willing to help others however she could.
