Feb. 27, 1921 – May 26, 2009

Margaret passed away suddenly and quietly at Fischer Place in 100 Mile House.

Margaret was born in Painter Creek Alberta, the oldest of four girls; Emma, Martha, and Anne, daughters of Emil and Kathrain Brugger. They lived in Alberta for five years before moving to the Okanagan and Enderby areas. Margaret married Jack Adams in September, 1969 and moved to their home on beautiful Roserim Lake in the Mahood Lake area. She loved the beauty of the area, the big vegetable garden, many flowers as well as her chickens and her dog Gypsy. She was hard working and liked things neat and tidy. She had a phenomenal memory for everyone’s birth date and other incidents in life which she retained to the end. Margaret and Jack moved into town a couple of years before Jack passed away on December 27, 1998. She was content to call 100 Mile her home town. Margaret will be sadly missed by Jack’s daughters; Mary, Penny, and Jackie, their children and grandchildren, her sister Martha and family, all the nieces, nephews, her good friends and church family.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation: 4480 Oak Street, B 321, Vancouver, BC, V6H 3V4.

Interment will take place at the 100 Mile cemetery on Sunday June 7 at 10:30 am. Memorial Service to follow at the Seventh Day Adventist Church at 103 Mile.
