Peggy, as she was known, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, on February 3rd, 2010 in Mill Site Lodge, 100 Mile House, B.C. at the age of 82. Survived by her loving husband Russ, of 56 years, daughter Ginny (Chuck) MacPherson, son Gordon (Brenda), daughter Patti (Bob) Allison and grandchildren: Ashley (Daniel Gainor), Lexie MacPherson, Brandon Ross, Cori (Jordan Winkel); great-grandson Kaleb, Kim and Teri Allison and Kody Ross. Also survived by her brother Robert Wright, sister Sunny Scott, and sister Lorraine Bates, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Peggy was pre-deceased by her sister Florence, brother Charles and son Kelly.
Peggy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all her family and her many friends. We will hold your memory in our hearts forever.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Peggy on February 27th at the Roe Lake Hall at 2pm. Flowers are welcome but if you wish donations could be made to 100 Mile and District Hospice Palliative Care Society, at Bag 399, 100 Mile House BC VOK 2EO.
