Oct. 16, 1959 – Nov. 23, 2016


Kathleen Marie Schweich Kabool passed away Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2016 due to complications from breast cancer. 

She is survived by her husband, Philip; her children Rebecca (husband Al, children Christopher, Nathan, Logan, and Adam), Joshua, Katherine (husband James, children Tierney and Liam) and Robert (fiancé Dustin); her father Lee; brothers Daniel, Lee, and Timothy; sister Cindy; multiple brother- and sister-in-laws, as well as many nieces and nephews. 

She was a vibrant woman who was passionate about her family and hobbies. She was an excellent quilter, knitter, and crocheter, who loved creating and gifting her projects to family and friends.  

She was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania on Oct. 16, 1959 and her life ended in 100 Mile House, British Columbia.

She grew up in East Petersburg and spent her childhood camping with her family, riding motorcycles in her young adulthood, moving to Canada from Pennsylvania to be with her husband, and spending time and care on all her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. 

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Kathleen’s name to the BC Cancer Centre.

A gathering to celebrate Kathleen’s life will be held Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016, 2pm at the Evangelical Free Church in 100 Mile House, BC.
