On Sunday, July 18, 2010 Mr. Karl Herde of Bonnyville, Alta. passed away at the age of 81 years. Mr. Herde will be lovingly remembered by his wife Ingrid Herde of Bonnyville, son Ulf (Elma) Herde of Ardmore, Alta.; daughter Ellen (David) Gaugler of Eastbourne, Alta.; grandchildren Erik and Heidi Herde of Ardmore, Sam (Beth) Gaugler of Leduc, Karl Gaugler (Crystal) of Edmonton, Jessica Gaugler of Eastbourne, great granddaughter Hannah Gaugler of Leduc, brother Alfons (Vera) Herde of Germany and numerous nieces, nephews and friends,
Karl was predeceased by his parents Anna and Paul Herde and two sisters, Lea and Martha.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s United Church, Bonnyville, Alta. with Reverend Stephan Sparks officiating.
