Passed away suddenly at Abbotsford, B.C. on May 9, 2006. John was born in Didsbury, Alta. on Oct. 10, 1932. He is survived by Kay, his loving wife of 50 years: his sons Don (Terry), Rob (Karen), Tim (Holly) and his daughter Cindy (Troy). He leaves also his six grandchildren: Erin, Sarah, Brody, Lauren, Evan and Zoe; his brother, Gerry (Lil); his sister, Rosemary (David); nieces, nephews and many dear friends. A Celebration of his Life will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wed., May 17, 2006 at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre in South Surrey, B.C. For those desiring, donations made in John’s memory to the B.C. & Yukon Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
