Of Green Lake, B.C., formerly North Vancouver, passed away, Sept. 21, 2004. Predeceased by his wife Helen in November 1999, he is survived by his three children: Dave (wife Cheri) Smith, Glen (wife Luana) Smith, daughter Lindsay (husband Rick) Clark; sisters Mabel Smith and Frieda Law and grandchildren Joshua, Dylan, Zachary, Samantha, Connor and Kate. As he wished, no formal service will be held, however, a celebration of Neil’s life for family and friends was held at the home of Glen and Lu Smith, in North Vancouver, B.C. on Tues., Sept. 28.
