It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of a beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Holly Moore. She passed peacefully at home with family surrounding her after her courageous battles with cancer. Holly is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Ken; her four children, Marcia (Phil), Karen (Bill), Duncan (Randi) and Laurel, as well as her many grandchildren; Shianne, Jesse, Keifer, Aidan, Liam, Alex, Stephen, Julianne and Eric, nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her sisters, Gertrude Meriam, of Camrose, AB, and Mabel Spiess, of Fort Kent, AB. A memorial service will be held at the 100 Mile House United Church on Wednesday, March 19th at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family would greatly appreciate donations to the BC Cancer Society or the South Cariboo Health Foundation. Holly’s family would like to extend their great appreciation and gratitude for the special care received by the many health care professionals in 100 Mile House, William’s Lake and Vancouver.
