Helena Wolfe (known as Helen), was born on April 8, 1910 in the Killaly district of Saskatchewan. Helen died on September 27, 2007, at the age of 97 at Mill Site Lodge, 100 Mile House, B.C. She previously lived in Chilliwack, B.C. The family wishes to thank all who cared for her with such dedication, compassion and understanding. Helen was pre-deceased by her parents, Louis and Sophie (Schweitzer) Tide; three brothers, Alfred, Edward and George; as well as two sisters, Annie and Ida. Helen was the last member of this prairie family. She was predeceased by her wonderful husband, William Roy Wolfe on March 15, 1973 in Victoria, B.C. and others she has joined in heaven. Helen is survived by her loving daughter Patricia, and son-in-law Patrick Gallagher of 100 Mile House, B.C., and grandson Leonard Roy Gallagher of New Westminster, B.C., along with numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews. May the memory of her life ever be an inspiration. Few know the depth of our deep regret, but we remember when others forget. No service by request. Private family farewell.
