Survived by her husband Terry Wood; children Todd, Tracey, Scott and Kim; and many grandchildren.
Fay was co-owner of the Cariboo Chuckwagon in 100 Mile and the Coyote Grill at Interlakes and Hathaway Lake. Will be missed greatly by all.
