Don worked for BC Tel/TELUS for 34 years as a Cable Maintenance Technician. Don loved living in the Cariboo as it gave him plenty of opportunity to enjoy his passion of the outdoors.

Some of his favourite pastimes were fishing, hiking, hunting, and downhill skiing. He was a dedicated and avid soccer player which he enjoyed until he became ill. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the 100 Mile Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society – BC & Yukon Division. A celebration of Don’s life was held in 100 Mile House on Dec. 11, 2006.
