With great sadness we announce our “larger than life father” Charlie Waters, passed away quietly and in absolute peace early morning May 5, 2006 in Nanaimo, B.C. Born October 22, 1923, Ontario. Dad will be dearly missed by his sister Mary, daughters Patricia, Linda, Brenda, son Frank, their spouses, 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends. There will be a joyous reunion in heaven as Dad rejoins our Mom, Joyce, his wife of 52 years, who passed away August 25, 2001, his twin brother Paul, and brothers Leo, Joe, Dan, Ted and Paddy. His Irish eyes are smiling. Love you Dad. A celebration of his happy life will be held at Telford’s Memorial Centre 595 Townsite Rd, Nanaimo, BC Friday, May 12, 2006 at 1 p.m.
