He is predeceased by his father William Ephraim Leslie Bartley, his mother Margaret Louise (Pike) Bartley and his wife Deanna Louise (Hampton) Bartley. He was born Jan. 19, 1943 in Medicine Hat, Alberta. He is remembered by his many friends and acquaintances as a very good man, quiet in spirit, honest in heart, loving in nature, and a friend to all. We mourn his loss. There will be no funeral by his request.
