Bertrand Julien passed away peacefully at his home on Sun., Sept. 12, 2004 at the age of 64. Bert was born in Guigues-Temiscamingue, Que., on June 23, 1940 to parents Bella and Urbain Julien. Bert is survived by his daughter Jackie Pierce and son Bertrand Julien Jr.; his brothers and sisters, Gill, Jean-Luc, Louiselle, Diane, Nicole, Guylaine and his grandchildren. Bert enjoyed boating, visiting, snowmobiling and relaxing at his home on Rail Lake. Bert will be sadly missed by his family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at Lac la Hache Community Hall at 1:00 p.m. on Sat., Sept. 25, 2004. Rev. Barb Liotscos officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
