Born November 10, 1925. She went to join her fishing partner August 16, 2017. She will be dearly missed by her three daughters, Leila (Juhani), Hilkka (Tapani) and Leena (Sid); her four grandchildren, Piia, Milla, Robert and Antti; the ever-growing number of great grandchildren; and close friends and extended family.
A service will be held at the 100 Mile Cemetery on Friday, September 8 at 1:00 pm, to be followed by eulogies and a small slide show at 100 Mile Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be appreciated.
