A plane crash at the Flying U Ranch at North Green Lake on June 20 (this morning) has sent its two occupants to hospital.

Clinton RCMP detachment NCO Cpl. Curtis Davis says it happened at about 10:50 a.m.

“Both occupants of the plane got out of the plane under their own power, and were taken to 100 Mile House hospital by staff of the Flying U.”

The two occupants on board when the plane crashed were both male, ages 48 and 63, and residents of British Columbia, one from the South Okanagan region, and the other from Vancouver, he adds.

No further information was available from Clinton RCMP about this crash by the end of the business day.

However, Cpl. Davis confirms there was a flight event for planes underway, with a group of several aircraft visiting the guest ranch today.

Flying U Ranch was unavailable for comment as of publishing time.
