At 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 12, at the Interlakes Community Centre (ICC), the Friends of Bridge Lake Speaker Series will welcome Steve Relkov of the BC Invasive Plant Council. He will inform on invasive aquatic species that can cause great damage to our lakes and waterways, and how we can prevent them from spreading.
The ICC has a new Events Manager, in that Maggie Benzing (of Seawood B&B) is taking over from Wendy Chase.
